The Mental Fitness Operating System: Learn the three-step process - Notice, Stop, Shift - to reduce self-judgment, diminish fear and anxiety, and amplify inner wisdom and compassion.
Step-by-Step Approach:
Step 1 - Notice Your Saboteurs: Become aware of negative emotions that signal your inner Judge's activity. Identify feelings of frustration, fear, or stress and detach from them without dwelling on the negativity.
Step 2 - Stop with PQ Reps: Engage in PQ reps, focusing on physical, visual, or auditory sensations for as little as 10 seconds to divert attention from negative thoughts and emotions.
Step 3 - Shift into Sage Perspective: Utilize Sage Powers like Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate. Discover opportunities or gifts in seemingly challenging situations.
