How do I register for the Coaching HQ activities?
Since the NOW Conference for 2024 will be fully virtual, all conference registrations will include the option to participate in any/all Coaching HQ activities.
Coaching HQ registration opened on 5/1. If you registered on or before 5/1, you should have received an email with instructions/links to sign up. If you registered after 5/1, you can find the instructions and links to take additional registration actions in your confirmation email. As with all NOW Conference activities, please only request those events that you know you'll be able to attend. Seating is limited, and we want to ensure as many people as possible can attend the Coaching HQ events.
I'm registered, where do I go to experience the NOW Conference?
Guests will be sent a link to our “virtual venue” on June 6/7 via email and a calendar invitation. NOTE: Please do not share this private link to the Virtual Venue page. This content is intended for registered conference attendees ONLY.
This webpage will include the day’s full schedule and access to all of the Zoom links for each concurrent session, activity break, and keynote session. You can also download each session’s slide deck through the Virtual Venue.
If you need assistance with the virtual venue or accessing any of the sessions, you may email us at nowconference@berkeley.edu. We also recommend Google Chat (at nowconference@berkeley.edu) for the quickest response during conference day on 6/13/24.
If your plans have changed and you are unable to attend the conference, please see the FAQ information on canceling your registration.

There is an echo in my meeting. What should I do?

Audio isn't working on my mobile device. What should I do?
If you cannot hear other participants in a Zoom meeting, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Ensure your speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the top-left corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker.

- Restart your mobile device.
- Reinstall Zoom from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
