3:15 - 3:25 pm | Sound Healing with Joy Evans

Take a break to tune into self-compassion through gently guided breathwork, nature imagery, and the calming sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls. Singing bowls can support the brain entering a theta state (or pre-sleep) and help you access the benefits of a regulated nervous system.

Preparing for a virtual sound session with Joy:

  • Connect with your best speakers (phone, computer, or headphones) to hear the sounds clearly. Your wifi will impact the quality of the livestream.
  • Notice what your body needs. Find a comfortable place to rest. If seated or lying down, consider how to support your neck and lower back. Maybe you prefer to gently stretch or walk outside for fresh air during this break.
  • Remember singing bowls should never cause any physical pain. If you experience physical discomfort --for any reason– please be kind to your body by removing yourself from this virtual experience.
