June 13, 2024 marks the 12th annual Next Opportunity at Work (NOW) Conference for UC staff. NOW is an all-day conference designed to support UC staff with career and professional development through inspiring keynote speakers, workshops, networking connections with peers, and career planning resources. This year's conference will be held virtually.
In addition to learning from the inspiring speakers we will have lined up for you, attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one virtual appointments with a member of the Talent Acquisition staff and/or a Career Coach during the week of June 10-14.
In line with UC Berkeley’s Staff Participation in Campus-Sponsored Activities, Including Sponsored Staff Organizations, Campus-Sponsored Fellowship Programs policy, and PPSM-50, managers and supervisors are encouraged to approve requests from staff to attend the 2024 NOW Conference.
