In 2025, we are offering over 700 1:1 career coaching appointments from over 120 career, life, executive, and ICF-certified coaches. NOW Conference attendees can review coach bios to learn more about their experiences and specialties. Once attendees have identified a coach they’d like to work with, attendees will be able to schedule up to three 45-minute appointments to discuss one or two career challenges, goals, or skills. Should you choose to schedule more than one appointment, consider scheduling them all with the same coach (to dig deeper into your topic of discussion) or schedule each appointment with a different coach (for multiple perspectives on the same topic.)
We say, yes! These conversations are for everyone (individual contributors, leaders, and at all stages of careers.) Coaches can help attendees process career issues like:
Getting unstuck
Gaining perspectives that support forward movement
Clarifying career goals and turning them into action
Managing career change
Communicating effectively about your career and skills
Balancing the “big career picture” with the concrete action steps needed to make it a reality
Over 120 professional coaches are excited to offer 1:1 appointments to NOW conference participants. Historically, spots have filled up fairly quickly. Learn about which coaches resonate with you on the Meet the 2025 Coaches page, and stay tuned for your invitation to register for an appointment!

Wed., 6/11 - Redefining Failure: The Path to Flawsome Confidence - Michele Molitor
In today’s high-pressure, fast-paced world, failure is often viewed as the ultimate setback. But what if failure isn’t the enemy? What if it’s the key to unlocking confidence, creativity, and meaningful connections? Toxic perfectionism—a silent productivity and well-being killer—keeps us striving for impossible ideals, leaving work-life balance, self-compassion, and authentic relationships in the dust.
In this transformative session, inspired by insights from her best-selling book “I Am Perfectly Flawsome: How Embracing Imperfection Makes Us Better,” Michele Molitor will bust the harmful myths of failure, redefining it, and guide you toward embracing your imperfections as your unique strengths.
Through thought-provoking discussions and interactive exercises, you’ll gain clarity on the myths surrounding failure and perfectionism. More importantly, you’ll walk away with actionable tools to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and embrace a mindset that values progress over perfection.
By transforming toxic perfectionism into “flawsome” confidence, you’ll create space for greater self-acceptance, connection, and sustainable success in all areas of your life. Redefine what it means to succeed. Walk the path to flawsome confidence and transform how you show up for yourself and others.
Fri, 6/13 - Sage Wisdom: Discover, Explore, and Innovate for a More Positive Life - Dvorit Mausner
This workshop will teach attendees some of the basic principles of Positive Intelligence (PQ) - a coaching approach that increases happiness, success, and wellness. PQ incorporates the best practices of neuroscience, performance science, positive psychology, and cognitive psychology.
I will begin by introducing Positive Intelligence briefly, then will outline the workshop into four sections: Discover, Explore, Innovate, and Closing.
In the Discover section, I will talk about discovering the ways everyone self-sabotages our own wellness, relationships, and performance. We are judgmental as humans and have also learned to over-use our natural talents in ways that actually inhibit us. I will give an overview of the universal Saboteurs. Attendees will note their own patterns of self sabotage.
In the Explore section, I will share a PQ tool for overcoming Saboteurs, which is coincidentally called Explore. This practice encourages people to have an open mind and curiosity, which increases positivity and wellness on the path to success. Attendees will then practice exploring a topic with another person.
Then in the Innovate section, I will share another PQ tool for overcoming Saboteurs, which is coincidentally called Innovate. This practice encourages people to create new perspectives and imaginative solutions. Attendees will then practice innovating on a topic with another person.
In the Closing section, I will bring these concepts together with the introduction of the Sage - the truest self that wants to discover, explore, and innovate but gets derailed by our Saboteurs. I will encourage attendees to notice how their Sage wisdom can differ from the voice of their Saboteurs, but how practicing the tools of Explore and Innovate can help anyone achieve greater happiness and success in wellness, relationships, and performance.
