Session Description: Mercer has developed a set of five talent trends to guide the discussion. The trends are backed by over 10,000 individual data points from surveys conducted around the world of executives, HR leaders, and employees. The trends all relate to key workforce issues. The course will include deep dives into employability, diversity & inclusion, skills, well-being, and human-centric work environments and will be useful to anyone who manages people. We will share strategies and expectations for managing a multi-generational workforce.

The course will include a facilitated exercise to gauge how your campus is advancing against these cut-ting-edge trends.
