The trends are backed by over 10,000 individual data points from surveys conducted around the world of executives, HR leaders, and employees. The trends all relate to key workforce issues. The course will include deep dives into employability, diversity & inclusion, skills, well-being, and human-centric work environments and will be useful to anyone who manages people. We will share strategies and expectations for managing a multi-generational workforce.
