Catherine Miller is a Senior Principal at Mercer. With 25 years of healthcare industry experience, Catherine has leadership responsibility for large employers in the technology, retail, and public utilities industries, managing strategy development and ensuring client satisfaction with deliverables. Prior to joining Mercer, Catherine oversaw account management for population health solutions at the Advisory Board Company (now part of Optum), working with progressive provider organizations implementing value-based care models. She also spent time at United Healthcare managing medical and pharmacy relationships with some of their largest clients nationally. Catherine’s areas of interest include value-based care and pharmacy benefit strategy.
