About: The personal Hedgehog Concept is described in the book, Good to Great by Jim Collins. It is a concept that flows from deep understanding about the intersection of three circles:
- what you are deeply passionate about,
- what you can be the best in the world at, and
- what best drives your economic or resource engine.
Are you looking for a job, or is this a hobby or is this just a dream? Through small group exercises and sharing of the presenter's personal experience, participant will learn how by collaborating with people outside inside / outside their departments, communities, social organizations, etc. could help participants build their relationships. First step is to identify your edge by utilizing the personal hedgehog concept, second is to find the job you would like, third is to build relationship and extend your network.
