Session Description: Our afternoon keynote will be formatted as a moderated question and answer discussion featuring Janet Napolitano, Professor of Public Policy at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and twentieth president of the University of California, and Eugene Whitlock, Chief People & Culture Officer, Assistant Vice Chancellor - Human Resources, UC Berkeley. Eugene will serve as moderator and will ask Janet questions collected in advance from conference attendees.
