About: A year into the pandemic, Prospect Development has grown closer as a result of these intentional initiatives. Examples of what Prospect Development has done during the pandemic include: PD Healthy Pod Teams, Virtual Greeting Cards, Slack Community, Encouraging Time to Refresh/Relax, Alternative Meetings Led By Team Members, Optional Co-working Paloozas and many more! These activities have led to increased productivity, stronger sense of community and well-being, connectedness.

In this interactive workshop, UDAR’s Prospect Development (PD) team will share how they innovated to stay healthy and grounded while navigating the unknown. In pandemic times with no communal kitchen or water cooler, how can we all create inclusive, community-based spaces for people to interact? How can we identify opportunities for connection and collaboration?
