Interrupting Impostor Syndrome Through Creative Play

Presenter:  Sabina Morgan

AboutImpostor syndrome is defined as a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud." These doubts limit our participation in many activities and prevent us from believing that we are worthy of opportunity and career advancement. Together we will explore our self-limiting stories through creative expression such as meditative drawing, vision boarding, and creative writing in order to make our stories known to ourselves.
