Established in 1966 through the generosity of John L. Merrill, the fund was created to recognize the contributions of UC’s administrative staff, strengthen and improve their performance, and provide better opportunities for individual development. Today, it continues to support programs that develop leaders, foster professional growth, and cultivate a strong, collaborative staff community in service to the university.
