Change is constant. Some changes we choose, some we don’t. To avoid burnout, you need to do more than simply survive change. You need to discover the techniques and approaches that will enable you to thrive during change. This interactive session will show you the way.
We’ll start with preparing you for change. You’ll gain insight, awareness and understanding of what change is and how it affects us: its stages, the emotions we experience, the behaviors that can manifest.
We’ll then focus on the practical - exploring a toolbox of techniques and approaches you can choose from and personalize to suit you (and the situation).
You’ll discover:
- how to change without breaking
- how to maintain performance even under stress
- how to nurture your resilience
- how to future-proof your career
It will be a journey of discovery and exploration, as you learn more about yourself – your needs, your strengths – and how to consciously apply this knowledge and live an empowered life in an ever-changing world.
