Based on feedback and the success of last year’s registration, we are following the same process this year with the goal of giving as many staff as possible an equal opportunity to attend. 1200 seats will be available for UC Berkeley staff.

Deadline to confirm attendance via bCal Staff must RSVP to the bCal invite in order to reserve their seat and attend the conference. If you do not confirm your attendance by the deadline we will open your seat to the next person on the waitlist. |

Cost
UC Berkeley People & Culture is sponsoring the registration fee for UC Berkeley attendees. Staff are not responsible for the conference registration fee.
Waitlist
If you are not selected in the first lottery drawing on Monday, May 3, you will be automatically put on the waitlist and notified if a seat opens up. After the first lottery drawing, you will still be able to submit this form and will be automatically placed on the waitlist.
Cancelation Policy
NOW 2021 is in high demand. If your schedule has changed and you are no longer able to attend the conference, please update your RSVP on the bCal invite or email nowconference@berkeley.edu as soon as possible to open up a spot for one of your fellow colleagues to participate.
Note: This registration form is for all other UC staff outside of UC Berkeley.
This year we are expanding the conference to invite 300 colleagues across UC locations (outside UC Berkeley) to participate in the NOW Conference. There will be a separate registration process for attendees from other UC locations.

Cost
There is a $99 registration fee to attend the conference. Payment is collected on the registration form.
Waitlist
300 seats are available for all UC staff outside UC Berkeley. Once those seats fill, you can add your name to the waitlist and we will notify you if a seat opens up.
Cancelation Policy
Each year seats for the NOW Conference are in high demand. If you are no longer able to attend, please email us at nowconference@berkeley.edu so we can offer your seat a fellow staff member on the waitlist.
NOTE: If you do not cancel before the May 27th deadline you will not be eligable for a refund.
