UC Berkeley People & Culture is thrilled to announce the dates for the 13th annual Next Opportunity at Work (NOW) Conference extravaganza!

  • The all-day Main Event will be held in person on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Oakland Marriott City Center

  • Virtual Pre- and Post-conference coaching activities (Coaching HQ) will be held virtually June 9, 10, 11, and 13, 2025

The NOW Conference is designed to support UC staff with career and professional development through inspiring keynote speakers, workshops, community building with peers, and career planning resources.
