The NOW Conference is designed to support UC staff with career and professional development through inspiring keynote speakers, workshops, community building with peers, and career planning resources.
This event is made possible in part through an endowment by the Merrill Management Conference Fund, established in 1966 through the generosity of John L. Merrill. The fund was created to recognize the contributions of UC’s administrative staff, strengthen and improve their performance, and provide better opportunities for individual development. Today, it continues to support programs that develop leaders, foster professional growth, and cultivate a strong, collaborative staff community in service to the university.
