Session Description: In 2020 a small team of L&S college advisers were tasked with building a sophomore initiative from scratch. We'll share what it took to upskill in order to design a program outside of our core job expertise, resources that supported our growth, as well as tips you can transfer to your own innovative initiatives. We'll share our program-design process for non-program designers and ways to build in opportunities for each team member to grow during your projects. The presentation will end with lessons learned and real talk on anti-burnout project design so you can thrive.
