Michelle Logarta (she/her)

Bio/CV: 

Michelle Logarta (she/her) is a L&S College Adviser with the passion and drive to serve students’ needs. In her role she advises undergraduate students in L&S. She is committed to advising underrepresented students as a member of L&S Sophomore Success Committee, the L&S Academic Difficulty Committee, and as a satellite adviser for the Asian Pacific American Student Development Office. As a natural-born collaborator, she seeks to support students through creative and meaningful ways by matching services to needs with her direct advising, facilitation of workshops, and rapport building. With the vision she holds, she uses her open curiosity, strategic planning, and self-care to guide her impactful work with students. 

Michelle earned her M.S. in College Counseling from San Francisco State University and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Psychology. She represents a proud first-generation Filipina woman who continues to lead with humility and curiosity within academic and career.
