Whether you are newer to the UC system or a seasoned professional, attending an interview as an internal candidate can be daunting. Although this session is designed toward those who are either thinking about or are currently in the job-seeking process, the topics learned here can still be very beneficial and valuable for any UC employee. This session will cover various topics such as researching the department and the job posting, preparing for different types of interviews, improving key communication skills, and following up after the interview. The goal of the webinar is to equip the participants with the knowledge given by UC Berkeley Talent Acquisition Advisors and with the confidence they need to succeed in the process. Group coaching portion will take place from 10:00-11:00 am where participants will have the opportunity to break out into smaller groups and ask questions and engage in interactive activities to further enhance their learning experience.
