Session DescriptionWhile COVID has had worldwide negative impacts, in some ways it has brought benefits. Remote work has been normalized and has opened the door to hire talent that was not attainable before 2020. The Productivity and Collaboration Team is currently composed of approximately 20% fully remote employees, with the possible addition of more in the very near future. Being open to remote hires can provide many hidden benefits and opportunities. We’ll review those benefits, as well as some pitfalls, explain some techniques for team building in the new hybrid work environment, and facilitate a discussion for those with concerns or questions.
