Sarah Bailey is the Service Lead for Content Collaboration Services at UC Berkeley, managing Box, Google Drive, and Sharepoint, and serves as an administrator for other productivity and collaboration tools in the portfolio.
Sarah brings 13 years of experience in IT service management to UC Berkeley, and is passionate about productivity tools. Much of Sarah’s responsibility includes effective change management and communication with the campus community. She also works closely with her teammates to continuously improve incident response.
Sarah previously worked at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio for 12 years, managing the productivity suite of products for the university. She still resides in Cleveland, working fully remotely for UC Berkeley.
