If you are having problems with online training, please be sure to follow these initial troubleshooting steps:
- Log out of the UC Learning Center
- Clear your browser cache
- Be sure pop-up blockers are turned off OR allow pop-ups for https://uc.sumtotal.host/
- Ensure cookies are enabled
- Log back into the UC Learning Center and search for the training course you are looking for
*If you are using a Mac, we recommend you use Chrome.
NOTE: You must allow pop-ups in order to successfully complete online eCourses.
