If you are having problems with online training, please be sure to follow these initial troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of the UC Learning Center
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Be sure pop-up blockers are turned off OR allow pop-ups for
  4. Ensure cookies are enabled
  5. Log back into the UC Learning Center and search for the training course you are looking for
