The HR PDP has been developed to support our People Partners enterprise and to unify our various but critical HR functions and roles through an accessible and supportive learning program and community.
The Research Administration Professional Development Program (RAPDP) is a training curriculum designed for both new and experienced Research Administrators (RAs) as well as anyone interested possibly becoming an RA. The program consists of 21 topics that cover foundational, pre-award, post-award and specialized topic categories.
The UC Berkeley Women’s Initiative is a professional development companion program of the systemwide initiative. For this invitation-only, Berkeley-specific professional development conference, we have an exciting day of development, including a moderated conversation, an inspiring keynote speaker, a CORO-led workshop, and the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals from our campus.
