Achieve Together Support

Ask Us Anything

Achieve Together is the new performance program for non-represented employees. The new program features ongoing and engaging check-in conversations, new agile goal setting, and a common set of guidelines for how we drive results at UC Berkeley called the Achievement Criteria.

Join Project Manager and Training Lead, Colin Gerker, and Change Manager Jan Crosbie-Taylor in these "Ask Us Anything" open sessions for managers/supervisors and non-represented employees. Jan and Colin will be happy to answer your questions!

1:1 Achieve Together Support Appointments

The Berkeley People & Culture team offers 1:1 appointments for those seeking support with Achieve Together. In these sessions, you will meet with People & Organization Development Consultant, Colin Gerker. This is a space to ask questions about Achieve Together key features, practice your skills, get helpful resources, and to localize the support to your day-to-day experience.
