This year for the first time UC Berkeley People & Culture is expanding the Next Opportunity at Work (NOW) Conferenceto all UC campuses! There are two different registration processes depending on whether you are a UC Berkeley staff member or a UC staff member outside of UC Berkeley. Follow the instructions below:

Based on feedback and the success of last year’s registration, we are following the same process this year with the goal of giving as many staff as possible an equal opportunity to attend. 1200 seats will be available for UC Berkeley staff.

This year we are expanding the conference to invite 300 colleagues across UC locations (outside UC Berkeley) to participate in the NOW Conference. There will be a separate registration process for attendees from other UC locations.
