The Business Systems Support group oversees the operation, security, and continuous enhancement of UC Berkeley’s Human Resources technology platform. By administering the core HR applications and related infrastructure, the team ensures that HR services remain smooth, confidential, and efficient, while protecting campus data and limiting operational risk. In addition, the group incorporates new campus‑wide and state policy requirements into the systems to ensure compliance and reduce operational risk.
