In 2026, we are offering over 700 1:1 career coaching appointments from over 120 career, life, executive, and ICF-certified coaches. NOW Conference attendees can review coach bios (in Meet the Career Coaches below) to learn more about their experiences and specialties. Once attendees have identified a coach they’d like to work with, attendees will be able to schedule up to three 45-minute appointments to discuss one or two career challenges, goals, or skills. Should you choose to schedule more than one appointment, consider scheduling them all with the same coach (to dig deeper into your topic of discussion) or schedule each appointment with a different coach (for multiple perspectives on the same topic.)
We say, yes! These conversations are for everyone (individual contributors, leaders, and at all stages of careers.) Coaches can help attendees process career issues like:
Getting unstuck
Gaining perspectives that support forward movement
Clarifying career goals and turning them into action
Managing career change
Communicating effectively about your career and skills
Balancing the “big career picture” with the concrete action steps needed to make it a reality
Over 120 professional coaches are excited to offer 1:1 appointments to NOW conference participants. Historically, spots have filled up fairly quickly. Learn about which coaches resonate with you on the Meet the 2026 Coaches pages, and stay tuned for your invitation to register for an appointment!

A 1:1 appointment with a recruiter/Talent Acquisition Advisor offers staff members tactical advice to prepare you for your next career move on campus. Attendees will have an opportunity to have a virtual appointment with an Advisor to discuss in depth one area of focus.
As a reminder, there are no 1:1 appointments offered on the main conference day (June 11). Instead, we will be offering 45-minute appointments on Wednesday, June 10 between 11:00 am-5:15 pm PT.
If you are interested in exploring new opportunities within the UC System this appointment is perfect for you. Advisors can assist with the consultation of one of these areas:
Resume writing tips and how to showcase your transferable skills
Tips and best practices for preparing and shining during interviews
General consultation about succeeding in your job search on campus, and being qualified for your next opportunity
Our Talent Acquisition Advisors are excited to offer 1:1 appointments to NOW conference participants. Learn about which Talent Acquisition Advisor resonates with you on the Meet the 2026 Talent Acquisition Advisors page

All Group Coaching sessions will be offered 10:00-11:00am on June 8, 9, 10, and 12.
Building upon the content from the Coaching HQ webinars, Group Coaching sessions are positioned to help participants process, discuss, and practice the concepts they learned. Please be sure to attend the webinars preceding the sessions, which will all be offered from 9:00-10:00am on the same days as the group coaching sessions, June 8, 9, 10, and 12.
Each group coaching session will be facilitated by a professional coach, and will include a mix of self-reflection, small group conversations, and large group dialogue - a social learning experience! Group coaches will provide prompts and insights to spark discussion, listen to understand what you are working on, and create space in the room for folx to share their perspectives and experiences.
NOW attendees will receive an invitation to register for Group Coaching starting in May.
