Session Description:
Peer coaching supports leaders’ ability to empower people to trust their resources and wisdom, find their authentic answers, and form their own course of action. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and practice using Coro inquiry tools and to engage peers through a small group coaching framework.
Session Outcomes:
- Create a space for problem-solving through peer learning and coaching.
- Balance inquiry and advocacy, build rapport and trust, and be strategic in teams.
- Give participants an opportunity to reflect on a specific leadership challenge that the person is currently facing in their work.
- Participants practice asking thoughtful questions and taking a coaching stance in a professional environment.
- Provide a framework for the group to practice creative problem-solving in other spheres.
