Organization Effectiveness Mastermind Group

Organization Effectiveness Mastermind Group

What is the Organization Effectiveness Mastermind Group?

The Organization Effectiveness Mastermind Group is an opportunity for those who work to support change efforts at UC Berkeley to come together to discuss our work, gain insights, and develop and/or try out new tools. It is a space used to share strategies about our work, to learn from one another, and to build community. In this group, we also learn about and potentially collaborate on change efforts happening across campus seeking to master best practices and break down silos. This group is moderated by Pamela Rich, an organization development consultant with People & Organization Development, a unit of People & Culture. Ideas for sessions and requests to be a guest facilitator are welcome. Contact Pam Rich at richpamela@berkeley.edu for more information.

What it is

  • Sharing experiences, tools, and expertise

  • Thought partnership

  • A supportive community of like-minded individuals

  • Networking

What is it not

  • A venting space

  • Expertise on policy

While some people may have a lot of knowledge about policies, ultimately individuals should contact the appropriate person connected with a policy for any specific questions (e.g., HR Business Partner on personnel affairs).
