Timeline
Check-in conversations occur three times per year and will be documented using one, yearly Achieve Together online form, which is generated from the Online Dashboard. Managers/supervisors should create and share the Check-in form before the first Check-in conversation with your direct report; in most cases this will be in the Summer Check-in #1.
For new direct reports, you can start an online form before their first Check-in conversation during the Fall Check-in #2 or Spring Check-in #3.
