Notifying Applicants

  • After a verbal job offer is made, follow up with a confirmation letter including salary and start date. (see offer letter templates)
  • If the position requires a background check, notify the successful candidate that the required background check or drug/alcohol test must be completed with acceptable results before employment may begin.
  • Please note that non-selected applicants will receive an email notification upon de-selection in TAM.
  • Candidates interviewed but not selected will also receive an email notification, but out of courtesy for their time and effort, please call or send correspondence notifying them.
