Childcare Reimbursement Program (ASEs/GSRs)

The following is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute, the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) controls.

Employees with qualifying ASE or GSR appointments may be eligible for childcare reimbursement through either a campus childcare program, the systemwide childcare reimbursement program, or DepCare, but employees may not receive reimbursement from more than one childcare program for the same period.
