Tiffany Reardon

For over twenty years Tiffany Reardon has been working in higher education designing programs that support students pursuing degrees in Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Technology (STEM). In 2012, she joined Berkeley by accepting a position in the College of Engineering. Allison Savage

Allison serves as Manager, Special Projects and Staff Engagement in the Office of Medical Education at UCSF. In this role, she both serves as a project manager for Medical Education leadership and as the leader of a successful staff engagement program for the 115 professionals that make up UCSF's highly respected Medical Education programs. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Human Development and Organizational Studies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants.

Verna Bowie

Verna Bowie joined the UC Berkeley community in 2006 as a volunteer researcher in the Berkeley Natural History Museums before securing a staff research associate position in the Department of Integrative Biology. In 2012 Verna joined the Vice Chancellor for Research office, where she provided project and policy support on a broad range of research and policy related topics. Verna began her role as director of academic program reviews in 2020. To date, she has worked with 31 (out of campus’ 66) academic units undergoing their academic review process.

She was the former Chief Diversity Officer and Executive Director of Student Services at Berkeley Journalism. Kristin Dees

Dr. Kristin Dees is currently a Senior Trainer for Learning and Development at UC Davis. She served as the Director of the Center for Student Involvement for six years and has 19 experience years in higher education. Kristin is a founding and active member of the Critical Whiteness and Anti-Racist Collective at UC Davis. Kristin’s passion and dissertation research area was in leadership development and mentorship of first-generation students. She now focuses on leadership and career development for supervisors and managers.
