Bio/CV:
Dr. Kristin Dees is currently a Senior Trainer for Learning and Development at UC Davis. She served as the Director of the Center for Student Involvement for six years and has 19 experience years in higher education. Kristin is a founding and active member of the Critical Whiteness and Anti-Racist Collective at UC Davis. Kristin’s passion and dissertation research area was in leadership development and mentorship of first-generation students. She now focuses on leadership and career development for supervisors and managers.
