Kim Sapp Dinwiddie

Bio/CV: 

Kim Sapp Dinwiddie has been at Berkeley for 21.5 years. She is the Assistant Director in Talent Management and Workforce Planning at University Development and Alumni Relations. Kim provides human resources and organizational consulting/coaching, instructional design, and development, as well as training and facilitation to meet UDAR’s organizational development and strategic workforce planning needs. This includes talent management, succession planning, classification, reclassification, compensation, as well as performance management, and improvement. She managed Berkeley’s successful, comprehensive fundraising training program for the advancement community, providing campuswide organizational impact, and improving Berkeley’s fundraising culture to meet the Light the Way Campaign goals. Formerly, she was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Staff Career Development Trainer in Central Human Resources for nine years. She developed and facilitated campus-wide recruitment and hiring training curriculum for campus managers and supervisors. She was also a Program Director at Extension. She has a Master's in Education, Counseling.
