Mathew Pauley (he/him)

I am a recently ACC certified coach under the International Coaching Federation, with a small coaching practice dedicated to people with terminal illnesses, and the people working in end-of-life care. It's meaningful work that follows from a long career in that area. I also work in academia and very much supportive of helping other develop their course forward. In my non-coaching work I with DEI initiatives in healthcare, to which I am very committed.

I am an IFC Certified Life Coach who has over 30 years of experience in higher education as a student affairs professional, including experience in career development. Carolyn Lee (she/her)

Carolyn is a graduate of the George Mason University Coaching Program and an executive coach since 2017. She has developed core values workshops and hosted over 80 women of color in 2021. Carolyn is currently hosting workshops specifically for coaches using Qi Gong techniques for better health and more effective coaching. Clients include three non-profit organizations in Uganda and Kenya as well as executive candidates for the US government. A graduate of UC Berkeley in 1975 and she is ICF ACC; DiSC and EQi certified.
