I am a certified Co-Active (CTI) coach with over 15 years of experience coaching youth and adults from diverse backgrounds, including 7+ years specializing in career development. As the director of a career pathway program, I have designed and implemented strategies to support clients facing significant barriers to employment, particularly those from marginalized communities. My volunteer work has included providing career coaching to immigrants, refugees, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, further deepening my commitment to equity and empowerment.
I believe that every individual is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. As your coach, my role is to partner with you in a thought-provoking and collaborative process that inspires you to unlock your personal and professional potential. Together, we will work to align your career and life with your vision for fulfillment by setting meaningful goals and designing actionable strategies to achieve them.
My approach is rooted in helping you uncover your strengths and values, while also equipping you with tools to navigate and overcome both external challenges and internal barriers. I coach with an acute awareness of systemic oppression, and my methods are trauma-informed and grounded in a commitment to social justice.
In our sessions, I will create a safe and affirming space where you can be your authentic self. I will help you recognize and embrace your unique gifts, values, and resources, while championing you as you take ownership of your life and career journey.
