As a board member for the Desert Foothills Leadership Academy and Friends of Pinnacle Peak Park, Molly contributes to leadership development, environmental education, and community advancement. She has extensive experience in leadership coaching, mentoring nonprofit executives through the Gratitude Network, high-performing women in global corporations through Women Unlimited, and emerging product managers through a talent development program.
Previously, Molly served as Senior Director of Global Product at Visa, where she led global technology initiatives. Her expertise includes strategic leadership, team development, product innovation, and digital transformation. She is also skilled in client engagement, sales presentations, and organizational planning.
Having successfully made multiple career transitions herself, Molly is deeply committed to supporting others in navigating their own growth opportunities. This marks her third year volunteering as a coach at the NOW Conference.
