Complaint Resolution
Take appropriate and timely action when there are complaints or grievances.

- Evaluates complaints alleging violations of Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM).
- Forwards admissible complaints to Labor Relations for processing.
- A Policy and Practice Unit investigator may also be assigned to investigate certain claims.
- Policy and Practice Unit: Handles several areas including: employee relations, discrimination investigations (not on the basis of sex), and policy and practice.
- Labor Relations Unit: Handles grievances involving alleged violations of labor contracts brought by represented employees, as well as PPSM complaints brought by non-represented employees.
