Take appropriate and timely action when there are complaints or grievances.

- Complaint Coordinator
- Evaluates complaints alleging violations of Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM).
- Forwards admissible complaints to Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) for processing.
- An ELR investigator may also be assigned to investigate certain claims.
- Employee & Labor Relations: Handles grievances involving alleged violations of labor contracts brought by represented employees, as well as PPSM complaints brought by non-represented employees.
