May Meng (she/her)

Approximately 1 in 7 women may experience postpartum depression and 25% of new fathers will suffer from symptoms of postpartum depression. As a certified coach with more than 100 hours of coaching experience, I help parents navigate through the various challenges of parenthood and balance it with their professional and personal lives. My coaching approach is centered on deep listening and powerful questioning, which allows my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in order to integrate new awareness and learning in a safe and non-judgmental space.

Michael Bean

I practice PSYCHO-SPIRITUAL COUNSELING, a unique alternative to traditional therapy.

PSYCHO-SPIRITUAL COUNSELING is a process that employs guided meditation and the development and use of your own "symbolic sight." We will do this together through energy work, coaching, supportive discussion, and mindful guidance.

I have certifications in Intuition Medicine, Leadership Development, Mediation & Conflict Resolution, and Group Facilitation.

I work full-time for a software company where I'm responsible for training and coaching people leaders to make them successful in their roles. I have also served as a business partner to our global sales team helping them to achieve greatness. Prior to joining Cornerstone, I ran a recruiting company where I interviewed, coached, and placed applicants into roles that best matched their skills and desires.
