Coaching leaders and teams to become more impactful while increasing their happiness and well-being

High-impact certified professional executive coach with a track record of empowering leaders to become more impactful while increasing their happiness and well-being. I coach high-potential leaders in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Currently, I lead group coaching at Esq. Apprentice, a non-profit supporting women of color to pass the bar exam. I also volunteer through The Women's Impact Alliance, supporting women in social and environmental change to advance their leadership and impact on the world.

Leaning on my background in corporate research and strategy, I created a proprietary coaching model I use with my clients. We each have self-saboteurs who make us feel stuck and overwhelmed, not allowing us to be intentional, strategic, and give our goals the attention they deserve. The Mange In - Manage Out model is based on 3 years’ worth of training in mindset and leadership coaching, emotional intelligence teacher training, and analyzing insights from 700+ coaching sessions.

Coaching sessions have 3 phases: 1) set clear goals, 2) stretch & grow using evidence-based strategies to replace ineffective habits, and 3) commit to action & track progress.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, I was a corporate marketing research leader in tech (Twitter, eBay, Levi's, SoFi), I conducted a privately funded research project on happiness which led to creating my signature Connect model, studied Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and Energy Leadership™.

I lead signature workshops on Genius, Personal Agency, Emotional Intelligence, Energy Leadership, and Path of Happiness.
