About Us

Staff Disability Reasonable Accommodation Process works to reduce the human and fiscal cost of workplace disability by providing the following services:

  • Provides consultation to staff whose disability may impact their ability to work.
  • Assists staff with disabilities in staying at or returning to work.
  • Provides guidance on the reasonable accommodation and interactive process.
  • Obtains medical certification of disabilities, convene meetings with employees and their managers to discuss possible reasonable accommodations, and document and track reasonable accommodations.
