People & Culture Inclusive Leadership Academy
Staff Engagement & Belonging within People & Culture, will partner with the Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership in the Berkeley Haas School of Business, to host the People & Culture Inclusive Leadership Academy (PCLA). The purpose of the PCLA is to provide an intentional and meaningful learning experience that will equip leaders with the content knowledge, leadership behaviors, and support to effectively lead our diverse staff community and create a culture of belonging and inclusion.
Program Audience
The ideal audience for this program is managers meaning anyone with direct reports & supervisory duties.
Program Eligibility
To participate in ILA, the following criteria must be met:

A commitment to attend all sessions

Willingness to actively participate in discussions with colleagues

Submit a completed application
Program Guidelines & Expectations

Be prepared to think about a project (non-prescriptive) you would like to work on or develop to apply learnings from the series to your role. The closing session is an opportunity for all participants to present on how they plan to integrate program takeaways to impact their work.

Be prepared to actively engage with colleagues in open dialogue facilitated by the speaker and in breakout room discussions.

Attend all sessions. Keep in mind that sessions will not be recorded.
