Critical Voices (CV) in Staff Engagement & Belonging engages innovative thought leaders in justice-advancing conversations. CV examines the implications of broader social phenomena operating in the workplace and the role of engaged staff in navigating the rigorous terrain on the road to a more just and equitable workplace.
This year's theme, "Beyond the Code: The Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Staff Engagement and Belonging," critically examines the role of AI in the world, the nation and the workplace. The experience will feature a keynote address by expert Dr. Safiya Umoja Noble followed by an interview and question and answer segment with the audience, facilitated by Berkeley staff expert, Holli Weed (Assistant Director of Residential Life).
