This is a reminder to all University employees who submit timesheets in local time and attendance systems to submit your time worked, absences, and/or acknowledge you have no absences to report by the deadline established at your campus/location. Accurate and complete time and leave reporting ensures that you are paid accurately, that the university meets its obligations to pay for work performed and helps ensure the responsible use of public funds.

On June 3, 2024, randomly selected faculty, staff, and retirees (as well as their spouses or domestic partners) will begin receiving requests to participate in the annual medical plan satisfaction survey. The survey takes roughly 20 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.

Reflecting its commitment to fair and competitive employee pay, UC will begin increasing minimum hourly wages for health care workers, beginning June 1, 2024. The hourly minimum wage for designated health care employees will increase to $23/hour effective June 1, 2024, $24/hour effective June 1, 2025, and $25/hour effective June 1, 2026, with further increases thereafter.

These recent enhancements allow you to have better control over who can view your data listed in the campus directory plus offer a more intuitive design.

You now have the option to select how your data is displayed in the directory by using a drop-down menu for each field. Options include:
