The Cal Advancement Data System (CADS) is the database of record for the UC Berkeley advancement community. It contains records on more than one million individuals and organizations who are campus donors, prospects, students, alumni, faculty, members of campus organizations, and other friends of the University. It's the tool we use to find prospective donors, track our interactions with donors and alumni, and collaborate with advancement colleagues across the campus.
Access to CADS is granted only to UC Berkeley employees or affiliates who require the data to complete tasks related to fundraising, alumni relations, or external relations.
