Inga Bielinska is MCC ICF, team coach, mentor coach, and coach supervisor.

She works globally with clients who undergo change, both organizational and individual, struggle with managing remote and culturally diverse teams, or find communication challenging. Britt McClintock (she/they)

Over the past 15 years, McClintock has been working as a diversity, equity, and inclusion educator, consultant, and strategist as well as an Ethnic Studies high school educator. She has helped create curriculums and training surrounding BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ inclusion and equity in collegiate programming. In 2015, she created a short documentary on the negative impacts of gender (binary) socialization. Kala Stepter (she/her)

Kala is a K-12 educator and systems thinker who seeks to grow in and cultivate the strengths of our communities. Stepter has redesigned classroom and school cultures to deconstruct systems of oppression by implementing the liberatory design model for families and community stakeholders, developing recruitment and hiring practices in DC Public Schools, and encouraging youth to engage their curiosity through project-based learning.
