The role of SVSH Respondent Support Services coordinators:
If you have been accused of sexual violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence or stalking, Respondent Services Coordinators can:
- Help you understand your rights
- Explain and help you navigate the investigation and adjudication processes, including formal hearings
- Refer you to campus and community resources, such as for psychological counseling, legal services and other needs
- Assist with securing an interpreter or translator, if needed
SVSH Respondent Support Services coordinators are NOT:
- Advocates on behalf of the Respondent
- Confidential resources
- Providers of legal advice
- Investigators or adjudicators in the Title IX process
