As a professional in business operations, facilities management, and hospitality, I have worked with some of the top companies in their respective industries, including: Harpo Studios - The Oprah Winfrey Show, Omnicom Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle, and McDonald's Corporation. For the past 1.5 years I have been working to develop my business, TAP Career Solutions, which focuses on Career Coaching and Business Consulting. I work with clients on a 1:1, team, and consulting basis and am certified through the Life Purpose Institute, an ICF-accredited organization. I have completed the ICF Professional Level course work and am currently in the mentorship program working towards a PCC level credential. In January I will have completed my certification in TRACOM's Social Style Model which teaches individuals how to incorporate their personal way of thinking and acting with the preferences of their peers. I have worked with a variety of clients at varying levels of their professions from college graduates to senior-level employees, each with their own unique backgrounds and levels of adversity within their industries. My coaching approach focuses on awareness building with a collaborative approach. I consider myself down-to-earth, insightful, intuitive, and nurturing, and I partner with my clients to help drive results and enhance their overall career performance.
