Merideth Wakeman is an inspirational talent development professional who has deep, corporate level experience as a senior internal consultant and executive coach. She is as comfortable working with individual contributors and managers as she is coaching C-Suite executives and their direct reports. She is able to quickly build rapport with her clients and her goal as a coach is to guide individuals in finding the intersection of their talents and passions to enable them to do their best work every day.
Merideth started her career as a leadership & professional development consultant in investment banking and capital markets with a global Wall Street bank. Over the course of twenty years she honed her skills as a coach, mentor and expert facilitator both in New York and San Francisco. Merideth holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and studied executive coaching at New York University.
