After a 30-year career in higher ed, I studied at the University of Texas at Dallas for my coaching training and added professional coaching to my strategic initiatives portfolio at UC Santa Cruz. I am an ICF PCC credentialed professional coach focusing on higher education. I've worked as a Department Manager, Assistant Dean, Major Gift Fundraiser, and in my current Director role on the operations side of the campus, so I have a broad perspective. I am also certified as a Positive Intelligence mindset coach helping people build resilience and growth mindset as they face life and career challenges.
